I think we all confuse scale weight with lean muscle weight a lot. I added tons of weight so far on my cycle some is fat some is water I dont know maybe half is muscle. I ate tons of shit to add all that fat and muscle. If you diet right you can add less muscle. You can feed yourself all the steroids in the world every week but if you do not feed your body the building blocks it needs to turn it into muscle then you will not add muscle. He was dialed in to his diet which we all know is about 70% of this whole thing. Think of a pound of ground beef 70% meat/30% fat then put in in the oven and cook off all the fat you are not left with much. A pound of meat (muscle) is really not that much if you were to spread it throughout your body. He met his goals and should be very proud he did a kick ass job. I might take his diet and cycle and workout for the last part of my current cycle in hopes to achieve similar results. He shared what worked for him and posted his results. Not everyone wants to be Atnold Schwartzeneger.
Now if those pics are not you, you can kiss my ass fuck off and die but I believe they are so good job. And holy shit you have more oil in you than you can find in Baghdad with all that shit.
