trying to date a woman from work,

so i've been trying to date this woman at work. i first spoke to her about a year ago and never really had a convo with her since then. recently i got a chance to talk to her so i just decided to ask her out to lunch. we ended up going to lunch two times and things were so so.

i regretably asked her to hang out last weekend right after we went to lunch. the weather was suppose to be poor so she replied maybe next weekend would be better? i took that as a valid reply or a way to say she already was doing something.

now i haven't spoken to her since thursday. i kinda feel she should at least approach me. this weekend is suppose to be shitty weather again (its april.) my question is should i go visit her and confirm or wait for her to contact me?

yea, i think i shoulda acted a lot more aggressively at the 2nd lunch. i could let her contact me but she may feel like she shouldn't have to do that. after all she is a pretty attractive woman. maybe me being laid back could come off to her as being not interested myself especially after not being aggressive so far.

yea, i'm scared of this. going out with me and her on a weekend would show what's up. this could easily go to the friend zone unless i make the correct move.

i was thinking of just asking her to my office since i have a more private setting. there i could talk to her body language. i mean if i'm asking you to hang out on the weekend one on one u should be aware of my attentions.

yea, i didn't take the weather comment too seriously. she coulda been doing something and just offered an alternative. it wasn't a flat out no the weather is bad, maybe next time sort of thing.

i'm just not sure if i can see her saying hey, what's up with this weekend?
