Thanks for the input, couldn't imagine getting a good shoulder workout after training chest, I dont like back an bi's for the same reason.. I dont feel I get a good bi workout after doing back

Update

I feel the new tren is much better than the original stuff, wouldn't say the first lot was fake just maybe underdosed. .. insonia is kicking in nicely!! I dont have no problem getting to sleep when I first go to bed, I just wake up for 20 mins every hour afterwards. looking a bit leaner, Bit more vascular and had a few compliments from people saying im looking bigger, looking forward to getting a bit deeper in to this cycle

Ya that sounds about right. It didn't make much sense that you were one of the only people to ever run tren and not have your sleep messed with or have any noticeable physical changes.

IMHO back and bis on the same day is just awful. Other than legs its your biggest bodypart. If you do deads, two variations of a pull down, 1 or two rowing movements, then maybe end with straight arm press downs.... Holy shit....then do bis after that? Its nuts IMHO.

Chest and shoulders just depends on what you do for shoulders. Remember obviously incline (especially incline BB) nails your shoulders quite a lot. If your like me and cant do much OHP then you just do lots of variations of raises.

Or, go flat bench, incline bench right into military since military does hit some chest. Superset in between military with some flys...there are many ways to make it creative and work. Just be sure to take enough time off to grow.

150mg of trazadone knocks me out pretty decently on tren but I still wake up a few times at night. I also feel like I need less sleep to feel fully rested.

I might just try that, what I wouldnt give for a full nights kip! ! Lol I find myself having naps on my dinner at work and then another as soon as I get home, Its not forever tho and its for a good cause (well thats what I keep telling myself)

Yeah im considoring going back to a 4 day split but just havent decided how to work it yet, I feel with the 5 day split I get a much better workout and dont have to spend ages in the gym. And your right back and bi's are awful!!! Bi's are exhausted after a good back session

I have a prescription for it for insomnia. Its 100mg but some nights on tren I take 150mg. Its fairly mild as sleep meds go and non addictive.
 
Might pop and see the doc first then, upped my prami dose last night because my right nipple is starting to look puffy, I feel like shit today! Feel sick, got no appetite and cant be arsed to do a thing
