IMHO back and bis on the same day is just awful. Other than legs its your biggest bodypart. If you do deads, two variations of a pull down, 1 or two rowing movements, then maybe end with straight arm press downs.... Holy shit....then do bis after that? Its nuts IMHO.
Chest and shoulders just depends on what you do for shoulders. Remember obviously incline (especially incline BB) nails your shoulders quite a lot. If your like me and cant do much OHP then you just do lots of variations of raises.
Or, go flat bench, incline bench right into military since military does hit some chest. Superset in between military with some flys...there are many ways to make it creative and work. Just be sure to take enough time off to grow.
