I just shovel that shit back up and eat it (don't wanna waste that lovely protien) then get on with more gut wrenchin' lifts.

Ever try chest and back together? That can be fucking brutal (depending on intensity), but still not as bad as ass to the floor squats.

trainging till getting sick = something ur doin is working and recovery should be that much more appreciated. replenish and hit em harder next time
 
good job but dont over train

Thats great your intensity is on that level...but in my opinion when i am dieting down i have to remember i am not taking in as many calories so my recovery is going to be slower...just be careful not to get overtrained...but good job on the hardwork...keep it up.
