Trained till I got sick yesterday!

Well, I've been training for this competition and I've been hitting the wieghts harder than ever. Well, yesterday was the first time I got myself to the point of actually having to PUKE!

IT WAS GREAT!!

I think I got past the point of muscle exhaustion and just murdered my chest muscles!!

Just figured I throw this in..sorry just got a little too excited!

I used to get sick like clockwork on leg day :). I still do sometimes, but I have to hit HEAVY weight FAST and not take breaks for it to happen. REALLY cool, you feel like absolute DOG ass, then boot, then a drink some water, and a few minutes later feel like a million bucks :).
 
wish someone would take my advice on this. eat tums whenever you feel sick after your workouts. works wonders
 
I have puked on legs day only once, although I have been very close on a number of occasions.
 
I got sick on leg day once and chest day once.....I have learned why this happens and when I feel it coming on, I lay down on my stomach on a decline bench with my head at the bottom for a couple of minutes...It gets the blood back up to the head and works great.
 
I used to puke in running drills. Puke get a drink and get back on the field. I love puking and training.
 
Legs make me wanna puke everytime I work them... I haven't yet, but I know one day it will happen. Ass to the grass squats murder me.

I couldn't imagine working so hard that you would wanna puke on chest day -- thats nuts.
