Hey shreb, how do you manage to have such large gaps between weight of your deadlift and bench, haha. It's weird to see someone's bench at a certain weight, then the deadlift at a few hundred lbs. higher. I can only get like 215 for 8 on deads. Herniated disk and being 6'3" probably doesn't help much either tho'.

My upper body sucks - I got graet genetics in my legs, hip / lower back & hamstrings. AS hard as I try I can never make big gains in my arms or upper back. My arms are pathetic - so I try to blast them twice a week - still no improvement.
