Saturday is the big day - my powerlifting meet. Not really that nrevous since there is no one else in my weight class - not even sure how many people will be there.
Shooting for 400 on deadlifts and 160 to start on squats and 180 on bench.
Weak numbers compared to some on the board but at least I am going all out with the deadlifts.
