what does your routine look like

I dont think i could handle this natty but while on gear i was curious


AM CHEST/TRi
PM BI / Back


OR

AM CHEST

PM TRI

you get what im saying - what has yielded best results
 
2nd ONE....

When I train 2Xper day I do not change my training spilt, I normally do:

Day1: Chest
Day2: Back+Triceps
Day3: Shoulders + Biceps
Day4: Quads+Hams+calves
Day5: REST OR DAY1 (if im feeling good)

Ive had my best results doing for example back in the morning, and then triceps in the evening. Quads in the morning, hams and calves in the evening etc.

This way i'm still able to hit 20-25 sets per muscle AND keep training time to 60 minutes. IDEAL
 
nice, i dont really dig chest with tri's and back with bi's though. i would rather do chest/bi's and back/tri's if im going to split arms. otherwise mine are to exhausted to get enough of a workout. i like shoulders by themselves too becuase i do shrugs that day.
