when I was 18 I got my collar bone and first two ribs ripped out of the costal cartildge in my chest, ever since then I cant bench for shit, really, hardly anything. Incline puts enough stress elsewhere, but flat bench or pull downs can still pop my collar bone out of place. I cant flat bench 225
yeah but thats due to medical problem...
Hey how bout mizzou taking the national title this year... I think the big 12 will dominate the rankings this year.

I broke my collar bone fairly serious at 19 playing no pads intramural football in college

whenever I start to get serious with the lifting my whole rotator cuff area on my right arm bothers me in various ways
there's no pain it just bugs me
the musculature that ties inot that area gets stronger and tighter and my bone didn't heal right
so over time my shoulder has shifted somewhat
I basically shouldn't lift heavy
so now I do more endurance training
fortunately over 25 years of natural training my muscles "fill up" like I was more stronger
