yeah but thats due to medical problem...when I was 18 I got my collar bone and first two ribs ripped out of the costal cartildge in my chest, ever since then I cant bench for shit, really, hardly anything. Incline puts enough stress elsewhere, but flat bench or pull downs can still pop my collar bone out of place. I cant flat bench 225
