...is bangin' :p

9th? or 7th? continent light soy milk chocolate variety. 60 cals @ c/f/p = 5/1/7 per cup. Makes a nice little addition to oatmeal, cottage cheese, or plain yoghurt.

anyone else drink this stuff?

I've tried it...it is pretty good stuff. The 8th continent light chocolate soy milk is one of those treats I let myself have from time to time. It's really actually not too bad for you if you check the label.

Another thing to look at if you buy some - look at how long it stays good for. The expiration date on that stuff is WAY further out than regular milk. Kinda nice for me since I still try not to drink it TOO often. :)

As for the non chocolate stuff, I still prefer regular skim milk, although I don't let myself have too much if it right now. Still trying to burn off a bit of fat that has been in place for years.

lol thats the best part, i bought the stuff when it was on sale like 2 months ago, and just now decided that maybe i'll try some. Still got another 2-3 weeks on the exp date left

Does it taste the same as regular milk. I switched to 1% milk less fat came carbs though. Tastes alot better than skim too.

yeah i used to use the plain stuff in shakes. only 50 cals for a cup.i had some in my fridge for like 3 weeks then i left on summer vacation and when i came back 6 weeks later it was still good.

I hate threads where people discuss things I cannot buy... GRRRRRR, damn lack of variety...
Somebody open un a website with European delivery of all this nice stuf, damn it!!!!
me? I am stuck with 0,3% milk for life...

They don't have soy milk in Germany? Man, you need someone from the states to box you up a care package every now and then.

we do have soy milk, the normal type... I believe it was the equivalent to normal milk... we lack all the fancy "no carbs, no fat, no cals, no nothing " stuff I keep hearing...

as for Chinatown... the closest I have seen is in London :) but maybe in Frankfurt there might be something close to that...

Small Chinese shops are everywhere though...

I live in Heidelberg (60mi south of Frankfurt)

Sometimes the "no fat, no carbs, no MSG, no trans fat, no wathever" is just a marketing stuff and the regular version has just as little fat/carbs/wathever
