Thinking about HGH and Test.. any advice??

i'm on my second round of synvisc injections (round=3 shots over the course of weeks).. it definitely helps.. but not nearly enough in my opinion.. my orthopedic told me to stay away from squats if at all possible.. leaving me relegated to the leg press machine..

talk to my doctor today.. he's going to bring me in for more blood work to check my test level.. but he's more than willing to start me on a test program.. he doesn't do gh and said he would be concerned about the pricing of it.. money is always an issue.. but i can afford it.. providing it works, of course!

my ortho told me mine need replaced (like over 3 years ago). . .no articular cartilage left. . .he also told me to wait and see what happens for as long as i can. . .technology improvements everyday. . .he also told me i couldn't do a whole lot more damage to them. . .so do whatever i can handle. . .i use my head. . .i'm not trying to impress anyone anymore. . .friggum :)

Leg Presses if done correctly are perfectly fine for quad development and maybe try smith squats where you can get into a position that takes a lot of stress off of your knees. Doing these two exercises in combination will allow you great quad development.
