The return of gyno...1 year later?

Seems as thoughI have some sort of hormone issue going on...again. I did a sust/fina cycle 12 months ago (125mg sust and 75mg fina EOD - 8 weeks). All was fine and then aout 4-5 months post cycle I had a massive acne outbreak on my chest, neck, back, and shoulders. A month later my nipples got sore and I began to feel small lumps forming. I batled with combinations of Nolva and Letro and eventually the ygly beast slowly crawled back into it's cave...leaving me with two very small lumps...not visible but I could feel them. Now, 6 months later, with absolutely no AAS use in over 12 months, it's back...sore puffy nips, lumps are growing slightly, and I have a slight increase in acne on my back face and shoulders. I went to the doc and she thought it might be a hormone issue but couldn't make sense of it. The acne would be from too much androgen/test but the nips would be from estrogen...but I have both problems. She sent me up for some blood work (test, estrogen, DHEA) and will refer me to a endocrinologist when the results come in.

Anyone have any idea what the fuck could be going on considering I haven't been on gear for a year and was apparently fine for 5 months post cycle and then again for the last 6 months? Maybe this is all completely unrelated t my cycle and just a coincidence.

Well elevated androgen levels will equate to a subsequent increase in estrogen levels (to try and maintain some sort of homeostasis)...So that is not surprising.

Yeah...but there is no reason for my androgen/test levels to be up...and my sex drive certainly isn't up. The acne is very mild but I was completely clear for the last few months. The previous acne outbreak was severe and I went to a derm, got put on antibiotics for 2 months and it eventually cleared up completely...the nips followed the acne outbreak by about 3-4 weeks.

I don't really know what to tell you on that one (that's why I avoided it the first time)...
Perhaps you are having some sort of residual exogenous androgen release that was sitting in subcutaneous fat?...(I'm just guessing here though )

Thanks man...guessing is about all I can do at this point too. I actually WANT my blood tests to show things are all screwed up...at least then the doc will have something to work with.

Goes to show you, Tren isn't somthing to fuck with. But I'll wait for your blood results before blaming it 100%.

Got a voice mail regarding my blood work...not very interesting since they didn't really say much...test is "normal" and one hormone is a "little low". I'm guessing the hormone they're talking about is DHEA since the only things on the lab order were DHEA, test, and estrogen. I'm working on contacting the doc to get the actual values of all the tests. She has also referred me to an endocrinologist.
