The Never-Ending Cycle

Nelson i know ur on HRT. Have u urself done something like this? If so how did it go? Do u know anyone who does this? I think this might be a very safe way of going about juicing somewhere down the road so i'd be VERY interested in results.

I haven't done exactly what I'm proposing but I've bumped up my dosage now and then and it definitely makes a difference and I don't experience any negatives. Of course, at my age and length of training I'm not going to make big gains anyway, nor am I interested in being much heavier, but over the course of time I feel it keeps me stronger, leaner and more muscular than the average mere mortal middle aged man. :)
 
Words from a wise one, it sounds very good. For the impatient bodybuilder, no, it wouldn't be. For those who choose to do it this way sounds like the gains will be more solid and permanent. Rome wasn't built in a day....
 
I took a look at this old thread and decided it needed a little update.

I do believe that after a certain point, instead of making big gains on a cycle and trying to keep them while off, it's best to do longer, lighter cycles and make slower more solid gains. Also,with supplements like HCGenerate, BRIDGE and GEAR, results can be better than ever.

As for HRT, I think after age 45 or so, cycles can just throw you off. You'd be better off doing 100-200 mgs of Primo along with the HRT and stay on. Or, an occasional oral before a heavy workout as a strength boost. It all adds up to better long term results.
 
Ding! I agree with you on this, heck i will do a dbol only at the max of 20mgs for at least 5 months.
(this is not every day ,only on training days.

So - after the age of 45 - one might do 250mg sust/wk and 100mgs Primo 2x/wk (say Mon & Thur) or is 250 sust/wk too high of a dose? if it is what about 100mg Test E 2x/wk - same days as Primo
 
hhmm.. interesting. MIght give this a try when im on HRT. which will propably be after my next cycle. seems like the ups and downs wouldnt be as drastic. My only problem would be maybe what Mr. Nitro said. But i guess if it takes a year to get your gains its propably the safer way to do it anyway. and more maintanable. Patience is the key.. cause i know when im bulking or cutting on a cycle i can make quick progress... but the I WANT IT KNOW mantality propably isnt the safe way to roll haha
