I took a look at this old thread and decided it needed a little update.
I do believe that after a certain point, instead of making big gains on a cycle and trying to keep them while off, it's best to do longer, lighter cycles and make slower more solid gains. Also,with supplements like HCGenerate, BRIDGE and GEAR, results can be better than ever.
As for HRT, I think after age 45 or so, cycles can just throw you off. You'd be better off doing 100-200 mgs of Primo along with the HRT and stay on. Or, an occasional oral before a heavy workout as a strength boost. It all adds up to better long term results.
