I've just finished reading "The Bodybuilding Truth" and altho most of it makes great sence and a great new routine, I'm confussed about the back routine. It could be that i'm just stuck in old thinking but is it that all I have to do is a set of "Chins" and then some sets of "Heavey Bent Over Rows", and combine it with the trap routine. Help me I've tried some of the other routines with amazing results but I need a little clarity on the back..
