I dont believe you're at 5% in those pics. If you are then you're holding a ton of water. At 5% you should have striations everywhere. The guy in my avatar has less bf% than you, and I'm not even sure he's at 5% there. But then again he probably is.
Khemix looks grainier and more ripped than Arnold in the avi... but two different people took those pictures in two different places under different lighting. You really can't make a comparison.
My avatar for instance. I took that picture (while waisted on a 3 day Vegas bender) because I have viens coming out of my boxers and through my abs... You can't see one in the picture! I believe I am around 8.5% in that. I was 7 point tested at 7.5% a month earlier... but all I did was drink those 3 days and hardly ate. That combination wreaks havoc on my bf%
True, but all bf test are based on the hydrostatic weighing test which also measures visceral fat. So the reading you get from calipers is gonna take that into effect. This is also why calipers have a percentage of inaccuracy. And depending on the person giving the test, that percentage of inaccuracy can go up quite a bit.
I dont really beleive hydrostatic is that accurate either. I have done it and there is a very large margin for error, the process is tedious and exausting. I will have mine done in a bod pod on the drive to my show.

There's a big difference between 8.5 and 5. 5% is quite low. I'd like to see what Khemix test out as in hydrostatic weighing. I may be wrong, but I just dont see 5% in those pics.
