i disagree with your logic bro.
you mean to tell me that time in the gym is the only indicator of a newbie??
if your answer is yes, im dissapointed!!!
first off, everybody responds differently to gear!!!!
at 180 pounds, 500mg of test or deca SHOULD be enough but not necessarily!
if you're a hardgainer at 180 pounds, 500mg may not be enough.
for some its at the 2g dose that change appears! im not talkin about me but ive witnessed this MANY MANY times! dont assume that everybody gains on 500mg test!
second, 1000mg of primo DOES NOT equal 1000mg test or 1000mg deca!
its a weaker compound!!!
still VERY effective!
but the lowest dose primo a newbie should try is 500mg IMO!
500mg per week minimum!!
600-800mg ideal!!
1000mg for optimum results!!!
third, 2.5 years training is no longer newbie status and ill explain.
take 2 guys, for example, both training 2.5 years.
DUDE 1: trains 4 days a week, 1 hour sessions, gets most his knowledge from guys around the gyms, magazines, and his buddies. this is a typical guy training.. most DO NOT go on boards for knowledge so keep that in mind. he trains half ass and is sloppy with form....and not as motivated, he eats like shit and has no idea what glycemic index is or what whey isolates do!
but still pack on decent size because of genetics.
so at 230 pounds, the guy is a walkin beast, but trains improperly one day leading to injury.. his physique is strictly attributed to his genetics.. NOT his skills!!
DUDE 2: trains 5-6 days a week, 45 minute sessions. eats super clean, trains as clean as can be, and is on elite so has all the info he needs! this guy lives and breathes bodybuilding!!!!!!!!! his waking hours are spent thinkin about the next meal.. the next workout.... the next time he's online researching and researching.
but due to poor genetics, he's not a walking beast!
but knows more shit than me, you, and many others!
and lets throw in that he's been around sports/bodybuilding for 10 years... but only 2.5 years of that actually training on himself!
DUDE 3: looks like DUDE 1 but has knowledge/motivation to improve as DUDE 2. clearly.
so whose the newbie bro?
DUDE 1?
DUDE 2?
DUDE 3?
ALL 3????????????????
and last...
i know guys who have been training for 2 years (you can call them newbies if you like) thatll make most guys here look like toothpicks!! genetics or not, i sure as hell aint calling them newbies! they must be doin some'n right that perhaps YOU THAT HAVE BEEN TRAINING FOR 8 YEARS YOU EXPERIENCED PRO (LMFAO) will never know!
so think strong and smart before you post some bullshit calling people newbies!
I couldn't even read that entire post, I bet you have brown eyes from all the poop that comes out of your mouth.
