You motherfuckers here on elite constantly tell people to build a good base before you juice, and seriously emphasize how important that really is, and look at him! You are contradicting everything you guys say by cheering him on with his abuse! Correct me if I'm wrong, but I would consider a 2.5yr training history and using 1000mg's of ANY single compound abuse. It doesn't matter if you have an agenda because you dont KNOW OF ANYONE who has done it before, its still abuse!

Funny how that happens here huh? I've noticed the same thing.

It depends who's popular and liked, etc. If some random newb signed up and said he was lifting for a year and wanted to take a gram of juice, everyone would bash the hell out of him.

No disrespect to Satch or anyone here.....just saying, the hypocrites are lame.

none taken :), but for the record i was bone dry when i clocked in at 145 yesterday !! and i've only done a primo only once, and it was cut short due to other circumstances. everyone who knows me already knows that deca is my compound of choice. if there were only one gear i could take for the rest of my life it would be deca. i'm just saying i would not mind giving the primo challenge a run to see the results, i dont think i would be disappointed.

it would take me many years of sauce to get up around 200lbs, i'm just a hair over 5 7" and to be honest i think i'd be happy in the 160-170 range, other than that i would look freaky for sure.

umm, dude...you're really only 145lbs and that's after gear???

what if this newbie was 230 pounds at 7% bf.
would he still get bashed for 1g juice???
 
Damn , that ended pretty quick , but I think Khemix and little boy have a point. You haven't been training long enough Satch. I've been training since 6th grade and I'm 32! You need to learn hypertrophy, 5x5, and maybe some dinosaur work to build those legs. Gt a good diet and maybe the drugs will work better for ya

As far as the 3% , that's diet and I have yet to see a posted diet in terms of calories , macronutients in percentages, and timings. Meaning how many and what type of calories at breakfast , lunch , afternoon snack, before and after workout , bed time.
