i ran about 5 proper cycles so far.
FISHTALE..
during my PCT, i go on creatine and high cals.
that pretty much helps to maintain all the muscle i gained..
but i may add a few pounds of fat.. its all good though..
its part of the pct plan.
if you DONT eat well on PCT youll kiss most gains goodbye!
CRIFFER..
i suppose at 500mg a week youll see solid results.
but double it and perhaps double the results???
