Just got out of the gym today. It fucken rocked! I just broke through a personal best on flat bench easily, and have also measured another 1/2" on my arms cold. I am so fucking pumped. Just want to thank everybody for all the advice, even though I havent started my cycle yet, it feels like I have!!! life and EF are great. now if I can get some butt tonite to capp it off, that would make it even greater. Thanks everybody for the motivation and help with all of my questions!

Bro, I gotta agree with you! Alot of my motivation to stay consistant in the gym has come from EF. I havn't started my first cycle yet either but the info here is invaluable!! The bro's and Mods here have been a huge help in making sure I have the RIGHT info. :beer: :beer:

I use EF the most in between cycles...hearing about other peoples cycles and what they are doing on the training board keeps me going when I am craving gear but only 4 after my last cycle.
 
Nice to hear you are doing well bro! As several others have stated it really helps having EF to support you both in the good and the bad times :)

By the way BigGuns what did you break today on the FB? I broke my record for the 8th week running at 268lbs an hour ago. I was well pumped about that.

I blasted through a 405 lb max to 415lb 1 rep max. Was using pyramid workout for the last 6 weeks and went up 10lbs each week but one started with 355lb max. couldnt even finish workout., the first. If I completed the whole pyramid, I moved up to the next weight pyramid. it is an 8 6 4 3 2 1 4 pyramid. Before the pyramid I was doing 3 sets of 10 @ 315lbs every week. Just goes to show changing thingsup will definitely help you. I also threw in 3 sets dips, incline db presses, and cable crossovers to end things.
 
Holy shit! that like 190kg! I think my wrists would snap at that sort of weight. They give me shit at the 122kg im pushing now. I take it you used a spotter for that!

Whats your stats bro? youve got to be a fair old size to shift that sort of iron around.

I dont even want to think what youll be pushing when your on your first cycle.

Oh , dont get me wrong, I have cycled 3x before, I was going to start 2 weeks ago and decided to hold off till the natural gains subside.

stats are about
270lb
6'1"
52" chest
38 inch waist
20 inch bi's (just got there!)

Yes, I did use a spotter, 3 of them :)

Hardcore bro. I love it!

It must look serious to every one else in the gym if theres three guys spotting one guys bench. (you should ask them to struggle loads when they take it from you for added effect)

Youve got 70 lbs on me weight wise and we're the same height so hopefully when i get to 270 ill be benching the same!

Came out OK. Just ok, borderline low. Still got the gyno surgery coming up in a few months. cant wait. Thanks a lot to everyone!!!! :)

Look at my gallery, you can see it in the front bicep flex. nipples puffy, and a hard gland-like deposit under nipple. from childhood.
