Dbol has a extremely sort half-life. It is only a few hours, so it should be taken 4-5 times a day. I do agree w/ preworkout for post workout benefits like mostly blood volume, etc. I train for strength so blood volume is a waste of my time.
I take mine like this:
8 AM: 5mg
11 AM: 5mg
1:30: (preworkout) 10mg
4:30:5mg
7:00 5mg
