if i was you i would keep doin what your doing cause its obviously working, why not get bigger? question, as far as strength goes what kind of gains have you seen in your lifts?

The gains are pretty strange... i have a lot more endurance.. Before I was not able to do 30 pushups straight
now i can do 60 or 70.
Bench Press added was 90lbs so now im at 250lbs.
Its really impressive.

You said you are only eating 2000 calories? That is no where near enough. 2000 calories is what a normal person should intake. You should be eating double that. Thats right 4000 calories. You really need to feed these muscles. 300 grams of protein. You will get stronger and bigger this way... Then when this cycle is over plan a cutter... Primo, anavar, mast., winny, take your pick.

I agree. Bump your calories up to 3000, 3500 range. Keep lifting heavy, and up your cardio to at least 45 minutes, keeping your HR below 120. I think you would be very pleased with the results at that rate.

You are doing a real good job, you don't get your first cycle back, keep it up bro!

Below 120? I fart and it goes above that!! LOL!! I would say 140-150 range to burn that fat faster.

your doing good bro..next cycle i would workout every muscle twice a week for sure..thats just me tho but still good work

All depends on your age of course lol. Look up the karvonen formula for determining your exercise range. Better fat loss is done at the 60% range, with higher calorie burning above that. Supposedly at the lower range, actual fat is attacked.

I believe you. Theres a little chart on the cardio machines at my gym.. I usually cardio at around 155-160 beat per minutes.
