Good progress man. Arms got alot more size in them. I agree with the diet though. Since you only have about 6 weeks left i would try and drop alittle fat, cause you dont want to cut any more calories for a few weeks after PCT or youll loose your gains. I would drop the cals 500. Watch out on those cheat meals cause they catch up with you. and then maybe go back upto 2000-2200 in PCT to maintain your muscle.

You said you eat a lot of cheat meals...expound upon that please.


You have to get fairly serious about your diet if you want to be sub 10 percent bf

Nice progress and watch the cheat meals and you may be able to get to sub 10%.

bro you look like you haven't lifted weights in ur life.. people like this shouldn't go anywhere near AAS. Build some kind of physique before using gear .. you could at least cut the fat off .. damn

Man Im sorry but I have to agree with the above poster and agree that you do not even look like you work out much. Im sorry not trying to be a dick. Hell Im 37 going on 38 with a torn rototar cuf and I can do 250 for 15 now. I would have not touched aas. Im no cycle guru or anything. Just saying I look damn good for 37 if that is considered good. I would do lots of deads, squats, bench, major muscle groups. I will post a pic of me after not lifting for 6 months and see what you think. I have been juice free for going on too years now. Your to young to start banging juice. Just get some creatine, protein and eat. Hell I eat almost 2000 calories with 2 meals out of my 6. And I just do this to maintaine my fat ass 225. Sorry once again, not trying to be a dick. Just calling it how I see it

ITT: people not realising this is a two year old thread.

Would be interesting to see what you look like now by the way, done any more cycles after this one? tend to agree you started way too early, but eh as long as you recovered well all is good.
