Test, Eq anavar cycle

Hi guys,

Starting a course, been several of years since my last. Open to critiquing, suggestions.

I’m 38, 39 in July, been for lifting for 20 years. I’m an ectomorph. Started at 61kg/135lb, now 87kg/192lb. Lifting 6 times a week.

I’ve previously done Sus, Deca, Winstrol and Anavar. I’ve tolerated these well with little to no side effects. I want to increase LBM and cut fat, as well as a nice midlife boost for wellbeing.

I will be using Test-E, Eq and Anavar with Nolva and Aramosin.

My course:

Week 1-12 500mg Test-E
Week 13-18 250mg Test-E

Week 1-12 600mg Eq
Week 13-16 400mg Eq

Week 13-18 Anavar 60mg ED

Week 20-25 PCT (please suggest a pct or even any form upkeep upkeep during cycle.)

Test and and anavar is a good cycle but not sure if you need these doses, why so high?
really hard to tell if you need this or need something else because we don't know anything really about you
do you want real help? if so let get a training nutrition log going for you so we can prep you for this cycle and see what you need to use
start a new thread with your Training log pre cycle, add training diet sleep supplements and history and we can guide you into this blast as EF fam team bro, takes like 15min easy to do

HOW-TO LOG?
  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I’ve found that 60mg of var is my sweet spot. I’ve chosen these compounds as they’re the most hairline friendly 😂

I’ll utilise a fast for diet. Probably a 6 hour eating window with around 16-18 hours fast.

@Ecto000 its the way i've been eating for 15 some years now. its the best way to go and great for gut health and overall health

Yes for sure. Extended water fasts are great for cell rejuvenation. I’m currently doing a parasitic cleanse and won’t start this course for a few weeks yet. I’ve been blessed with a dog shit, anti-muscle building physique and a walking physio appointment. I have to work within my limits. Lean muscle and fat loss is my go to so looking to amplify these attributes.

@Ecto000 bro that a nice stack. test, EQ and var.. but i prefer superdrol over var and add some tren. tren should be base

I talk about fasting a lot on my EVO podcast. not sure if you heard it but its on evolutionary.org
also i've done tons of extended fasts. including a 19 day fast

@Ecto000 bros pct should be simple. clomid and/or nolva but don't run too much. then add in hcgenerate. need good test booster to help
