From the studies I have seen glutamine is pretty much a waste of cash. Maybe it works for you, but I have read several studies that showed it had very little if any benefit. On the other hand, if it works for you then great. I would not waste the money on it.

the peptide form is MUCH more absorbable by the body. like the IV glutamine they give to muscle wasting patients.....if you can get the delivery of it down, then its a good supp for muscle building. the peptide form is supposed to be the stablest oral form, and be effective. its just been the cost to this point. you really can't compare a peptide form to a free form glutamine. apples and oranges. still could be ineffective, but from what i've read the tests done on humans looked good.

fonz never said gluatmine PEPTIDE is worthless. i suppose he can go into the hospital and tell them the glutamine IV is worthless too. lol. comparing DIFFERENT things here. no one seems to undertand or comphrehend this.
