Posted the following in the Supplement forum last week,but getting no response.Sorry for the cross-posting... just looking for a little assistance!
I am on day 4 of T-Rex/Lipo.I am only taking one per day so far.I am taking it after my morning coffee(can't give that up!),with either a banana or a peach.
First day,I struggled with sleep as well...not as bad as Terminator,but bad enough.This was even with using your Peppermint P-7 and some melatonin as well.Day two was much better.....and day three was pretty much a normal sleep night for me.I plan to keep using the P-Seven and melatonin(hope using the two together is not counteracting the P-7???)to assist my sleep pattern.
My question is twofold:
1)Based on my T-Rex experience to date,I feel I should be ready to up my dosage to 2 caps next week.I really have a hard time tolerating a bad night's sleep(who doesn't!)....so would I be better off just dosing in the morning(as I am now),but going from 1 to 2 caps?Or should I keep the morning dose at 1 cap,and add another cap in before lunch?Seems to me that the former might be better for sleeping?Your advice appreciated.
2)I have taken ECA's once in the past with some success.I only used them on weekdays,taking weekends off,so as to not get too addicted.Had no withdrawl symptoms when I stopped usage.Should I use T-Rex the same way?Is there anything in there(outside of caffeine)that could possibly cause withdrawl symptoms once usage is halted?I also tend to allow myself some red wine on the weekends,as well as a free day...so I think that for me,using T-Rex only Mon-Fri might be best,but don't want to screw with T-Rex's effectiveness.
Your advice on the above would be great.I am a 37 year old female into endurance sports.I am looking to go from about 20% BF to 15-16%.In just 4 days,I have dropped 4 pounds of scale weight,and 1% BF.I look forward to continued progress.
