T-Rex questions

Posted the following in the Supplement forum last week,but getting no response.Sorry for the cross-posting... just looking for a little assistance!





I am on day 4 of T-Rex/Lipo.I am only taking one per day so far.I am taking it after my morning coffee(can't give that up!),with either a banana or a peach.

First day,I struggled with sleep as well...not as bad as Terminator,but bad enough.This was even with using your Peppermint P-7 and some melatonin as well.Day two was much better.....and day three was pretty much a normal sleep night for me.I plan to keep using the P-Seven and melatonin(hope using the two together is not counteracting the P-7???)to assist my sleep pattern.

My question is twofold:

1)Based on my T-Rex experience to date,I feel I should be ready to up my dosage to 2 caps next week.I really have a hard time tolerating a bad night's sleep(who doesn't!)....so would I be better off just dosing in the morning(as I am now),but going from 1 to 2 caps?Or should I keep the morning dose at 1 cap,and add another cap in before lunch?Seems to me that the former might be better for sleeping?Your advice appreciated.

2)I have taken ECA's once in the past with some success.I only used them on weekdays,taking weekends off,so as to not get too addicted.Had no withdrawl symptoms when I stopped usage.Should I use T-Rex the same way?Is there anything in there(outside of caffeine)that could possibly cause withdrawl symptoms once usage is halted?I also tend to allow myself some red wine on the weekends,as well as a free day...so I think that for me,using T-Rex only Mon-Fri might be best,but don't want to screw with T-Rex's effectiveness.

Your advice on the above would be great.I am a 37 year old female into endurance sports.I am looking to go from about 20% BF to 15-16%.In just 4 days,I have dropped 4 pounds of scale weight,and 1% BF.I look forward to continued progress.

best way to find out is to give it a try, but after a week you should be fine with 1 morning and one afternoon dosing

red wine does not help, but it wont hinder you too much. better off with the t-rex than without

Another T-REX question, what about tolerance, and max time you should run T-rex with out it damaging you heart/ body? How long should you take off?
 
It doesn't have any great impact on BP or heart rate. For me at has none whatsoever. I would give it a break for a week or so about once a month. I went two months straight and never felt a drop of in effectiveness. But some friends of mine felt they did better taking every 5th week off.

When you build a tolerance it's only to the way it makes you feel not the effectiveness of the fat burning environment it makes.
 
Ulter, if Yohimbine is an apha-2 antagonist, then by right it should increase BP. Unless it has no central A2 blocking effects. Right?

overall lowers BP, but it can both lower and raise BP due to differential Peripheral and Central effects. (partly due to varying receptor densities)
 
Thanks for the informative replies guys.Very helpful.I am handling 1 T-Rex now just fine(started one week ago)and will begin adding a second one tomorrow before lunch.Also plan to stay on it 7 days a week for 4 more weeks.

I also ordered some Glucorell and understand the dosing procedure.So far,have just used it on the weekend before cheat meals,or higher carb meals.So only about 2 days a week.On a positive note,I did notice that the scale did NOT jump up after the cheat meal day,like it normally would have in the past.!!!

I did a search on this product before ordering and think I recall reading that if you had not been dieting for a while,it was best to wait a few weeks before supping with Glucorell full time.Do I have this right?

I have only been on this dieting cycle since Sept 1.My exercise and nutrition are in decent order.I have about 10 lbs of actual fat to lose(not just 10 pounds of scale weight)...should I start on the Glucorell now before every meal?Or wait till a few more weeks have been accomplished?

IMHO glucorellr should be used ALWAYS. its not only good for fat loss (through improved insulin sensitivity, glucose clearance and plasma insulin reduction) -- its very good for your health- IMO it should have a USRDA of its own, because with insulin resistance reaching epidemic proportions in the US it is "essential".
