Synthelamin

I just received my bottle of Synthelamin and I'm a little confused on how to use it from this bottle. The B12 I used to get came in a sterile sealed bottle. I would wipe the top of it with alcohol, inject the needle, and withdraw the B12.

The Synthelamin came in a bottle with a screw off cap with a white piece in the middle.

Am I supposed to be withdrawing the B12 and putting it in a sterile bottle and then using it?

Draw out just like a sterile bottle. Don't unscrew the cap,that's the way is was intended to be used. Yes, I use it and I'm taking some now with no problems.It was a little different for me to but after some research found out that's the way they make the bottles.
