Wanna get more cut and increase in size strength..

The plan is doing 250 aweek with sust.. Many think it's to little but it works good for me.. together with 50md ed winny OR 30mg ed tbol.

sust for 4weeks, pills for 5weeks, starting after second week on sust.

And will 0,25adex Eod help on this cycle against puffiness..?

I think if you run either of those there shouldnt be much puffiness to begin with. I wouldnt use anti-e until I needed it.

You don't start seeing gains on the sust till week 4. I would run the sust the ful 8 to 10 weeks, not 4. I think that 250 mg a weeks is fine. I would also take the oral at the begining of the cycle. I don't know a lot about either but which ever one you choose I would run at the begining

Increase that tbol dosage to 50-60mg.
