add a 250g package of cream cheese to 2 packs of the cottage cheese, lemon juice and vanilla essence & a cup of splenda & 6 eggs - no protien powder, it cooks into ass - cook it for 30 mins @ 300. It tastes exactly like the real thing and you get 70gs protien and 24gs fat a serving (although your servings might be a little smaller than mine)
