Superhuman feeling has finally gone away :(

Well It's been a month since my cycle ended and my feeling of invincibility in the gym has disappeared. For the first time in a long time yesterday's leg workout leaves me hobbling around like an old man today.

You see, the problem is that my lifts went up so much on cycle that my off cycle muscles are having a hard time handling the new weight.

What can I do to help with recovery time now that I'm off cycle?

You could cycle on and off dermacrine reg. Use other otc sups like cratine,amp02 for pumps and motivation. Things like that bro. Some times just feeling like you are on or close to on can make all the difference in the world.

That's gonna happen bro. Your gear is now completely out of your system, needless to say, you're likely not going to be pushing the same weights. Sadly you're gonna have to drop the weight bro, hits some harder than others, I imagine it depends on what type of cycle you did, and the length of it as well. Time to start playin around with P C T, and find out whats gonna be best for you. I thought I recall seeing you ordered some of PP products a few weeks back? What happened with that? Maybe I'm wrong.

Yeah - I'm on Derma Sustain, Cell-Tech, glutamine and a host of regular dietary supps. I have dropped my cals from 4000 to 3000 and now I will drop them to 2500 to try and cut. My protein is remaining in the 250g / day range. Maybe cals are too low?
 
dont cut cals after a cycle .. work out harder .. eat more and better ..use a good pre workout supp like ampo2 to help ur workouts..keep using the derma sus also
