Well It's been a month since my cycle ended and my feeling of invincibility in the gym has disappeared. For the first time in a long time yesterday's leg workout leaves me hobbling around like an old man today.
You see, the problem is that my lifts went up so much on cycle that my off cycle muscles are having a hard time handling the new weight.
