Bicep 1 arm preacher- 15x20, 20x6, 20x5, 15x
Tricep 1 arm- 1x2o, 2x12, 5x12, 3x10,
Cable Biceps- 3x15, 2x15, 2x13
I like the cheating thing
im gunan stick with hammer strength weights for a little bit
db press im gunna stick with too,
cables im gunna stick with for a lil bit too
bicep curls and tricep curls im going to most likely stick with for next workout, and seeing how i do ill up the weight the one after (so my 3rd workout)
same with the 1 arm tricep ones
for the 1 arm bicep preachers i have to warmup with the 10's and start low, because i failed on the warmup lol, my biceps were so fucking pumped up from the barbell that i just couldnt do much with this
