the 6 is just the setting on the specific lat pulldown machine. i think they are 15 lbs per?

today was just one of those days. fuckin LOVED IT!

i really felt the body mind connection today to an extent i havnt felt on chest yet. i could really tell when i FAILED in terms of squeezing and having that muscle connection, when normally id slowly jackass the weight more and more and then be like oh i failed.

the pump was INSAINE and im not trying to toot my horn, but from a BB perspective i may have very well been the biggest one in the gym today, literally. EVERYONE was stealing glances at me and looking away and down if i looked back. fucking crazy feeling.

even the dickhead looking jacked long island baddass lookin guy was really humble towards me and grateful that i let him work in with me even though he was there before me.

my friend saw me today and said "damn man your gettin bigger".

i love this program and iv always asked questions and seen people say "whats the difference between training for strength and training for size"

what makes the difference between a jacked bodybuilder and a fatty powerlifter?

the answer is the mind muscle connection! its so simple yet so many people, myself included neglect it. its the most basic yet over complicated thing. work the muscle! (not knocking powerlifitng though, i love it too, but people wanting to get big should BODYBUILD not throw around weight)

i have horrible body image issues and even im noticing a change in the mirror. next time i go to my parents house and have access to the digital camera ill be sure to take pictures and post them here for you guys.

im really excited to see what phase 2 has in store

Calves- 45lbs 3x20
Smith- 135x20, 185x12, 225x12, 165x15
Calves- 45x20, 55x12, 65x12, 50x15
Obliques- 5 sets of 10
Slds- 95x20, 135x12, 165x8, 125x15
Crunches- 4x20

legs went awsome.. i was so mentally hyped up all day for it and although it was physically demanding, i had no problems mentally pushing balls to the walls like i normally have on leg day. got that 5x20 on leg press, and had the stress on the ol' quads for all of smith.

a hot girl with a nice ass checked me out (or at least i think, cause she kept lookin over at me).

but for some reason today i feel like a small fuckin idiot. i feel tiny. below avarage tiny. weak and feable tiny. hopefully tomorrow ill feel big again

I like the cheating thing :evil:

im gunan stick with hammer strength weights for a little bit
db press im gunna stick with too,
cables im gunna stick with for a lil bit too

bicep curls and tricep curls im going to most likely stick with for next workout, and seeing how i do ill up the weight the one after (so my 3rd workout)
same with the 1 arm tricep ones

for the 1 arm bicep preachers i have to warmup with the 10's and start low, because i failed on the warmup lol, my biceps were so fucking pumped up from the barbell that i just couldnt do much with this

i almost puked during biceps, literally. i could feel the burn, but then everything went numb and i started to see stars a little, even though i was breathing in deep durin each rep, then i got out 2-3 more using cheat style :)

everyone was looking at me like i was a fucking animal, probably because my arms were the size of their heads
