Leg press- 3x20, 4x15, 5x12, 6x12, 5x15
Calves- 35lbs 3x25
Smith- 135x20, 155x15, 185x12, 225x12, 165x12
Calves- 35x20, 45x15, 55x12, 65x12, 45x12
Obliques- 5 sets of 10
Slds- 95x20, 115x15, 135x10, 165x7, 125x15
Crunches- 4x20

i slowed the legrpess down to agony levels. felt great though.

i said it every single time, but the leg workout is pure balls. before every set even most of the wearmups i have to psyche myself into a trance of "i will not give up even though every rep hurts more than the previous"

yeah bro i just have to clear my head get all the "this sucks its gunna be hard" thoughts out of my head, and replace them with, "you will not give up, you will keep pushing, just do it" thoughts

im gunna really try and dig deep on fridays leg day and get 5x20 for leg press. hopefully i get it

im gunna go up to 45 for 3x20-25 on friday on calves too

smith i could go up, but i really felt it bad and think i can get more out of the weight im using if i just focus even harder.

slds i same as smith. i wanna go up, but i think if i focus really hard i can do a bit more with the same weight
