The graph shows that 11 years is the average expectancy for Macedonians to stay in school not how long they can attend.

Thats because some HS are 3 years instead of 4.

thats all true. But I beleive I know best what I learned in school, no? You or anyone else here can not know better than me. Now maybe its different, but I was going in school while it was social Yugoslavia.

lol, I think Deterass was merely pointing out the same distinction that you never went to a US school so you could not know either. Now you are using his argument, thats why I mean he got you on this one. No biggie

I mean really, there is no such country as Macedonia, everybody, who has some knowldge of history, knows that it is an artificially created country and that all Macedonians are pure Bulgarians, because Macedonia has always been Bulgarian land.

No european country taxes its people at 70%+. It's just that they manage their shit better. I'm against public school (went trhought his BS...) and public healthcare but at least in Europe, bad teachers get fired. In Spain, teachers must requalify ever 4 years I believe.

When you guys say "46%" are you talking about just "income taxes"? does that include
all levels of govt like here we have coumnty/parish, state and federal taxes.

Finally found another joke, only its about Kosovo, close enough, only thing I could find. I have no clue about your region but seemed to find Greek people pissed about using Macedonia for a name, thats where I got the Bulgarian stuff and joke


It is today, nearly six years after NATO and the UN took over Kosovo. An elderly Albanian couple is sitting in their dark flat in Pristina. The electricity is out, yet again, and they are sitting in front of a blank television, lights out, food beginning to rot in the refrigerator which isn’t running, no hot water, and certainly no cooking to do.
