Stop Bitching About BIG BLAST!!!

I'll admit, its a better mixing shake than monster milk. MM has an elmers glue texture, while BB is easier to drink. Give me a good bro discount and Ill switch back :)
 
Ok im thoroughly confused. So I haven’t been working out long, but I do work out intense. I want to take Nelsons word and Joe D’s recommendation cause they seem to know there stuff, but really how good is this protein? Now you will all probably laugh at the stuff im using. I use "Body Fortress" I get it at walmart! I odviously dont know much about proteins huh. I figure this stuff is better then nothing and you cant beat the price. Say what you will about walmart but i have always found they have solid products at awesome prices. So having said that Im wondering is this stuff your pushing really that much better after I toss some eggs and bananas into my walmart shake? My walmart protein has a lot of the stuff you guys are mentioning. (Whey protein concentrate, Why protein isolate, Creatine, Creatine Monohydrate, Taurine, L-glutamine, Leucine, Isoleucine, valine) its got all kinds of essential and non essential amino acids too.
I looked up the label of Big Blast and compared it to mine and the differences do confuse me aswell as some of the things your saying.

5 servings in a lb of BB / 7 in BF
BB has 46g protein per 3 scoops (90g serving) / BF has 52g protein per 2 scoops (66g)
BB has 20g sugar per serving / BF has 3g
BB has 300mg sodium / BF has 100mg
BB cholesterol 145mg / BF 90 mg

These are just some of the comparisons. The biggest one the price. Not only is this walmart stuff more then half the price pound for pound but the serving size is smaller and still gives you more grams of protein. I don’t know much about what works better and all this scientific stuff but I know a can of coke has about 40g of sugar. If I take BB 3 times a day that’s the same amount of sugar as a can and a half a day of coke. still even coke has 40g sodium per serving. 3 time a day of BB will be the same sodium as 7 and a half cokes a day. Theres like 65g of sodium in a large egg. are there 5 large eggs in every serving?

And the sugar isn't that bad -- about as much as a couple of sips of soda. Come on! That ain't gonna kill ya. And it's needed to shuttle the protein into the bloodstream faster.And it beats

the taste of aspartame or Splenda. When that's the sole sweetener, it taste like ass. I can't deal with that.

Don’t mean to quote you nelson but I got a question for you. If I put a couple of packets of sugar in my protein shake are you telling me that will help shuttle protein into my bloodstream faster?
