Stop Bitching About BIG BLAST!!!

i make my big blast at the gym and drink it on my way out. sometimes i drink one when i first wake up also. after im done my w/o i feal weak and lethargic. i always went home and went right to sleap before. now that i am drinking big blast that fealing is gone before i even get to my truck. it tastes good and it does not fill me up at all. its crazy but with the lethargy feeling my muscles have an odd fealing like they are trying to find food or something. that is another thing the big blast fixes imediately that other shakes didnt do.

You are going hypo bro. At least that's how it sounds to me.

The reason for the high price is it's expensive. The reason it's expensive is it works. The very protein molecules are bigger and since they come from plasma they're instantly recognized and accepted. It goes beyond hydrolyzed or pre-digested. As for useable protein gram per gram, you get more from SPP than 10 times as much whey. So it's actually cost effective.

Blaxcima -- sure, you can place as big an order as you want. Talk to Alex or Melissa and ask for a break on bulk orders!

I am starting to heat things like this.

Some say casein-hydrolysate is great and you need 5 times as much whey to get that level of protein synthesis. Now you take this claim even further.

One question, some Layne Norton studies are showing that certain leucine level is necessary for maximum protein synthesis and with only 10 gram of protein per serving, in your case of super plasma, it is impossible to reach those levels.

What do you think bro?

It's not the only protein source. It also contains cross filtermiconized whey which is very high in leucine.

There is a difference in protein. Some of these are arguabe but you get the idea.

#1: Without a doubt SUPER PLASMA SERUM. Instantly recognized. Studies have shown it induces more growth . No contest.

#2: Hydrolized. A really superior pre-digested protein but absolutely horrible tasting. Unusable in drinks. Some companies use a somewhat watered down version of it but believe me, pure hydrolized taste like turpentine in ass.

#3:Cross filtered and ion excahnged. These are essentially purified proteins. There's a slight difference but bith are excellent. And they're the best tasting.

#4: Whey fraction. Good stuff which breaks down fast.

Casien and egg and the others are all fine. (Whole egg is better).

The junk...

Whey concentrate is cheap left-over low grade whey. And soy is an incomplete protein, missing essential aminos and it also contains phyto estrogens. Both better than nothing though.

I also think BCAA's are good but expensive.

And there it is.

I am PRO BigBlast supporter as I have said before. It made a world of a diffrence, especially on bulking as I used it post workout shake and it took me about 3 solid weeks and I could really see the diffrence after my shake. Each to his own on if you like it or don't but I have tried to help out at one time here on EF to get lower pricing for all of us bros. I'm just dissapointed that we have not and I STILL have not heard about an upcoming discount for EF Family from the higher powers here. :( Either way for me, I will still get it at $14 a pound.

expensive stuff to be sure, I like the protein factory stuff...it seems to work fine for me! I buy some BCAA powder and glutamine and add it to every shake, seems to really help with recovery

Can you site published evidence of the superiority of 'super plasma protein'?

What is the bio availability of SPP, particularly compared to whey isolate?

What is the ratio of the proteins/components in the canister?

I'm pretty skeptical.

It appears you are better off with whey than with SPP anyway: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8117846?ordinalpos=1&itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_DiscoveryPanel.Pubmed_Discovery_RA&linkpos=1&log$=relatedarticles&logdbfrom=pubmed

Cheap, high quality isolate from allthewhey or someone like that, buy your own dextrose and creatine and use appropriately.

Do you believe that studies which show muscle grow is induced from IGF-1? Well, then you should be convinced because super plasma serum protein contains more IGF thasn anything legal. You'd have to eat a pound of colostrum to get close to the IGF in a dose of BIG BLAST.

There aren't many studies done of bodybuilders, but this is better. http://dairy.ifas.ufl.edu/rns/2008/Campbell.pdf One of many studies where the researchers basically said; 'Holy fuck, these animals are growing more than the nutritional content should allow from this shit and we don't know why."

That's a fair answer. I will review the PDF.

What can you tell us about the quantity of the components of the supplement?
