gmanlax7 New member Mar 20, 2002 #1 lately i've been having a lot of late night steak and eggs. 3 or 4 whole eggs with maybe 4-6 oz. of steak, any reason why this is an inferior pre sleep choice compared to a meal of cottage cheese, chicken or tuna ?
