spironolactone vs azeliac acid for hair and fina

perfectspecimen

New member
fina makes u loose hair by way of the 5-alpha reductase is this correct?

which of these two dht inhibitors is better for fina hair loss?

azeliac acid is a 5 AR inhibitor. Therefore, it is not useful for anything except test, and other steroids that are made more androgenic by 5-AR. spiro is not a 5-AR inhibitor, but competes for the androgen receptor and is therefore useful for any androgen. It is the best choice to stop hair loss.Topical progesterone is thought to work this way also.

Fina is a destructive androgen (to hair) by itself. therefore, whether or not it is affected by 5-AR is immaterial.azeliac acid is a 5 AR inhibitor. so if i am already taking propecia during my whole cycle including fina portion then azeliac acid is of no use to me and i should stick to spironolactone right?
