Sore Left Knee Tendon. . Went to Chiropractor

Well folks, my left patella tendon is not recuperating like I want it to. A friend of mine is a chiropractor, so I paid a visit. Currently, I am using a brace that is designed to relieve stress from the patella tendon. All I have to say that it works well, but I am still affraid to squat heavy. The tendon is exhausted and wants to rest.

Anway, I had a nice little session the other night:

1. Speed Squats (Swains Version) -

135lbs x 2
185lbs x 2
225lbs x 2
245lbs x 2
265lbs x 2
285lbs x 2
305lbs x 2
325lbs x 2
345lbs x 2

2. Leg Presses -

6 plates per side for 2 sets of 20 reps

3. Lying Leg Curls -

80lbs x 15
100lbs x 12
120lbs x 10

4. Donkey Toe Raises -

200lbs x 30
300lbs x 20
400lbs x 15
500lbs x 12

Swain, squatting help my knees by helping circulation to the joint. Joints unlike bone and muscle don't really have a blood supply sao the need movement to bring fluid and nutrition into it. I recommned trying not to lock out really hard at the tope of any lift
