Sore and Tight right shoulder

Lately my shoulder has been really tight and when i do bench i can feel a bit of pain until i properly warm up. When i move on dumb bell fly's this is where i can really feel the pain. Is this my rotator cuff telling me to stop? i can push through but the next morning boy am i sore.

Is this down to poor technique?

stay away from bench... stick with dumbbells or hammer strength machines... ihave this problem too.. you should take some time.. it is most likly your rotator cuff

what i do is grab 2, 5 lb weights and almost pretend your swimming... swing them around slowly to get the shoulders moving and getting prepared for a workout.. stay away from flies for alittle bit too... just stick with presses incline and flat with dumbbells

cheers. You think i should be seeing a physiotherapist about this?
 
How much rear delt work do you do?
When was the last time you took a week off from lifting?
Where are your elbows during bench (high, low)?
What does your total workout look like?
