So I have been working out like a mad-woman.

I have been at the gym 5 days a week. Literally.

If I am not going to do free weights with my girl friend, I am going to a class or doing cardio. Plus I have school, and I am working at the bar.

GooseHunter is tired. :( I am learning alot though, I even went to the gym and did free weights all by myself one day. That's a pretty big step for me.




SOOOOO. How are all my girls doing???????

Glad to hear you upbeat/tired...It's the only way to bikini heaven!!!LOL
 
When you get into it, you get into it! Also remember that part of training is recovery - so keep that in mind when you are balancing all of your efforts & your life :)
 
I'll second you on the being tired part......

Congrats on doing the weights by yourself!
 
It is tough to go alone at first. Good job and like Sass said, you need some rest time :)

Make sure you give yourself at leat one rest day a week! Also can be a good idea to incorporate some yoga or pilates too ... they are a great alternate form of strength work and can promote relaxation too! :)
