Clen and Ketotifen - Women

Good day all.

I am a fairly new female body builder, on clen and Ketotifen. Been running these two concurrently for a while now.

Clen = 40mcg /day in the morning. Ketotifen = 1/day at night

Can I continue running like this or must I take a break from the cycle?

I do cardio 40 mins a day plus weight training 5/6 times a week.

What else can you recommend adding to this to assist with fat loss and improved muscle tone. I have tried Anavar once before, but it really didn't agree with me.

Am I reading something wrong?

Ketotifen is an antihistamine with the side effect of weight gain. Clen cranks up your metabolism, heart rate, and just about everything else in you body. They seem like counters to each other.

As far as Clen goes, yes your body needs a break. That break depends on your own side effects and who your talking to about using it. Supposedly the human body can grow a tolerance for it which may decrease its actual benefits. For me I like a 4 week on 4 week off cycle. Others cycle it through a week or even do weekly cycles.

As far as Ketotifen goes, I wouldn't take it for body building.
 
Ketotifen- to restore the sensitivity of Beta-2 adrenergic receptors - this is what I was told it does. So you can continue taking the clen for longer.

Be very careful with Clen. Yes I use it for weight loss, but it is really harsh on your system. I would monitor your heart health closely and keep an eye on your Blood pressure, it will go high, just make sure it doesn't go to high and stay there.

@CM123 if you're new to bodybuilding why do you want to use clen
why not use cardarine and cardazol? thats better

and anavar not good then use sarms

but before you use a cycle we need to see your LOG journal diary with diet training cardio sleep in a NEW thread
start your LOG in a NEW thread asap so we can help you

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
