2. do reps witha broom stick, and lots of them. When I started do ing Oly lifts my coach had me doing 100+ OH Squats w/ a broom stick every day.
3. Learn how to do shouldr-dislocates (also with a broom stick)
great advise, made a big difference
I didn't realize how much shoulder work that gave me. I haven't had a rear delt soreness like this.
