Breakfast
Paper bowl and microwave
1. No carb day large handful of spinach, egg whites usually about 4. Salt, pepper and maybe sriracha. Cook 3 min. Stir, 3min more or till done and eat.
2. Carb breakfast option.
80 grams oatmeal, 1/3-1/2 cup water, cinnamon, 4 egg whites. Stir and microwave 3 minutes stir and cook 3 min more. Adjust water and cook time to your liking. I like mine thicker. More like a cake consistency. On top sugar free pancake syrup ( Walmart brand is best). If you need fats add peanut butter on top.
Throw away bowl for easy clean up.
I typically have almonds in the morning now. I am currently eating number 1 breakfast now since I am doing low carbs. I try and have 30 almonds also. Later in the day I try for an avacado also with a meal for fats.
I added breakfast number 2 so folks could see an idea of another breakfast for those that can have carbs. That is my go to breakfast when I am not on a cut like I am currently on.
I do miss that breakfast right now.

Crazy last couple evenings.
Get home from gym around 7 pm.
By 8 I start sweating my ass off and freezing to death all at same time.
End up changing clothes about 2 or 3 times. Clothes are soaked and I am shaking cold. No fever and not sick. End up sleeping on floor. On towels so I didn’t soak the bed.
Woke up this morning 181 lbs.
I started a fat burner plus adding L carnitine. To pre work out.
Need to change that and take LCarnitine in morning.
Going to hold it out for a couple days and verify that is causing sweat fest.
Last night I went home after work. Wife was on couch fighting a head ache. I layer on the floor and just being quiet for her. And BOOM I was out. I slept all evening then went to bed and slept all night.
I normally don’t sleep well. Last night was awesome. Good to catch up on some sleep. Still feel like I could sleep more.
Of course I didn’t go to gym so didn’t take pre work out or L catinine.
No crazy sweat fest.
I am back at it tonight.
Gym went well
Little mix today. Worked out with a friend so kinda bounced around. Did what the shoulder would allow

I am adding some cardio. Probably not as much as I could.

Update
I stopped the Sarms 4 days ago.
Still eating well and in a deficit.
Gym has been limited due to shoulder.
To be clear I stopped the Sarms cause of my injury to shoulder and my persistent tiredness.
I need to get my body and mind back before throwing PED’s at it.
Going keep up my eating plan and do what I can in the gym.
I have already hit my goal weight.
Currently 183 lbs at 10% bf.
Since end of last cycle I dropped 23 lbs.
I think a lot of that was water. I am going to evaluate what I’m doing cause I don’t seem to be keeping gains.
Don’t get me wrong. I am happy with my condition and lifestyle.
Lean is easy for me but adding muscle is tough.
It’s all worth the effort.
Today i carb loaded some. Had oatmeal for breakfast. Left over cali pizza then oatmeal again at 3pm about an hour before work out.
Work out very good. Did chest. Kept it light. Cable machine nice and slow and got a great burn in th muscles. Worked on the mind muscle connection. Did land mine press. More chest machines. Then hit abs. Broke out the ab wheel last few days. It wild how ab wheel with full arm extension and belly all the way down then back up. 4 set of 25. That doesn’t hurt the shoulder at all.
I am working on my supplements and vitamins. I got kinda lazy on those.
Today and last three days I am starting to feel better.
20 minutes in dry sauna. Walked too and from gym.
Weight is holding 180 - 185. Depends on what time of day.
When I was bulking I loved the amount of carbs I got.
Having them for breakfast then again about an hour pre work out was nice. I could tell anytime I didn’t carb before work out. I would also have a banana for mid work out snack. I almost always have a two hour work out. So the sugars and carbs In the middle were nice.
I did not do a mini pct. I am on TRT.
Last four day I have felt better overall.
Last two days I added the GW back in. So I really on stopped the GW for about a week. Gonna hold off on the other two Sarms.
Last couple days I have raised my food intake a bit. Just needed to get some carbs in me.
Shoulder is feeling better. Not fixed but I can deal with it better till end of year.

Headed to Vegas in 5 days. I am sure my diet will take a hit while there. And that is my goal.
Dropped weight, now maintaining that weight. Go to Vegas for few days. After that get weight back on point. Maintain that and work on last bit of belly fat and love handles till Christmas. I leave for Dominican Republic Christmas Eve. Beach with family for a week.
Only thing I can’t fix right now is loose skin around middle.
At my age it just won’t ever shrink again. So do wait till your old line I did.
At 45 my stomach skin would still bounce back. At 52 it wouldn’t.
I alway have option of surgery to remove it. It sucks. I finally have abs and even veins in the stomach area. But loose skin does not look good.

Thanks for all the kind words.
I was looking at the pics this morning and realized it was way to early in the am to take those.
But I wanted to post real live pics.
So everyone understands. This was only a partial Sarms run. I stopped about 3 weeks in. Shoulder is jacked.
I will keep my self in shape and start another log once I feel better. At that time I will start a different cycle. Hopefully all will go well. I was excited to try theses Sarms from umbrella labs.
I try and just give real life experience about how a normal older guy does things. Then give y’all my feed back and own personal thoughts. If it help anyone that is awesome. I highly recommend to others to take pics before, during and after. Also doing a log for me is super helpful. I love all the advice. Some I had never thought of. Some I agree with and some not so much. It helps me with my goals and keeps me motivated. And yep I too have days at the gym that suck ass. I have meals that I probably shouldn’t.
But fuck it! I am happy, I am enjoying life.
I can’t thank y’all enough for all the support.
