female best way to use gw for fat loss

I’m looking for your advice on the best way to use GW 501516 for fat loss. I’m a female who’s around 165 lbs and I’m 5’4”. Should I be using it at 10 mg a day or should I use it at 20 mg a day?
And do you need to run it at least a couple months? Or can you get away with using it for like 3 or 4 weeks?
 
GW doesn't just help with fat loss and endurance, it also helps your workouts in general. You'll notice your cardio is a lot easier.
 
I love me some GW. It's great for both men and females. 10 to 20 mg a day is fine.
