RECAP

A.M. Cardio

10 x 100yd sprints amd jogged track for about 45-60 min

* Left Hamstring is buggin, feeling a little pulled but used the foam roller and that should help a bit

Biceps / Triceps 4 sets of 8-10 reps

Standing Bicep Curls
Dips
Reverse Curls
Reverse Tricep Pull downs
Preacher Curls
Skull Crushers
Drag Curls
Overhead Tricep extensions

Side Effects

* Started to get pimples on shoulders and chest a bit

Postives

* Gained 7lbs of muscle
* Strength Increases
* People are noticing how cut I look
* Wife asked what im taking :p

Overall everything is going very well and digging Oxandrovar.

Day 13

I decided to do chest today instead of cardio because of my hamstring buggin me. Ill have to take it easy for a bit from running as today was supposed to be 30-60 min today running.

Definitely didnt want to do a damn thing today, but went and pushed some weight aroumd anyways.

Chest

4 Sets of 8

100 pushups to warm up
Flat Dumbbell Bench Press
Dumbbell Flys
Incline Hammer Strength
Decline Hammer Strength

Ill keep working this hamstring with my roller. I got legs tomorrow, but I think I should be cool

Day 15

2 Weeks and 1 day into this cycle

* After speaking to my big brother WPA he convinced me NOT to do any legs or cardio work to recoup my hammy

Monday- Back 4 sets of 8-10 reps

Pull Ups
Lat Pulls
Wide Grip Barbell Rows (1 extra set of 1-3 heavy reps)
Cable Rows
Hammer Strength High Rows
Single arm Neutral Grip Lat Pulls

Tuesday- DAY OFF

Today will be Chest which I will update later today as well

Side Note

* I increased S4 to 100mg ED split- 50mg am/50mg pm
* No signs of vision issues
* Oxandrovar is continuing to increase strenght
* Waistline is getting slimmer
* Pimples subsided when I started taking Aromasin @ 5mg EOD
* Noticed legs getting bigger as well as shoulders
* Seeing a nice recomp so far

Day 15 Continued...

Chest Day

I didn't get as much time in the gym as I wanted but did get 18 sets in. I want to get some more size in on my chest, so I incorporated some 5x5's.

Hammer Strength Incline Press 5x5
Hammer Strength Decline Press 5x5
Wide Dips 4 sets of 8
Cable Cross Over 4 sets of 8

* Strength increases for sure
* Short Breaks in between sets (GW attributing to this)

Now I'm about roll out my Hammy on the foam roller get my leg recovered.
