My avi is from about 2 months ago (maybe less) I was sitting at about 187 - right now im at 198 and 4 weeks into my cycle.

Im not postin up again till my cycles over, Im 205 and 8%BF

I haven't posted too often lately (in a couple years... lol) but am on here still here and there. Here's a pic from a few weeks ago. I did a contest in October and this pic was taken in the hotel room the day of the show. Tall and lanky at 190 ish give or take at the moment- dieted from 220 and working my way back up to gain mass over the next year or two.
