Just bought needto's book, fucking fantastic.....I cant believe how much he put into it. He poured in so much info, it will take you a bit to read it...Its honestly more than I expected. Money well spent. And ef frank is a good dude also. Sexy phone voice. Thats a big selling point

seriously, if any of you fellas care about diet, and would like to spice it up, mix it up, or just find new ways to be healthy with what you consume....but the anabolic kitchen. And NObody told me to do this. I am my own individual. I am nobodys bitch, and I actually dont give a chipmonks dick what anybody thinks of me.

So, this is from my heart. Yall owe it to yourselves to check it out. Me? Im going to make a mile long grocery list.....and start cooking

the best cook book i have read and trust me i have read em all i go to borders and coppy all i want and never buy the books lol. they are all the same you will use 1 out of 50 recipes. needto's book is far better i use them all except the fish i like fish but i wouldnt eat it unless i was cutting. bars, pancakes, shakes complete dinners its all there.
