Shoulders only?

Ive never been one for the glutes don't know why 😉 though I have done once! When I was 19 yes 19 I put it everywhere bi's tri's lats and that was with bladder prop for sheep! Ouchhhhhh!!!

Go the glutes though Bi's are a place you can move to when needed - otherwise stay away they may restrict your movements with full extension etc of arms or exercises involving them!

I always went in the ass good central point and the cheeks respond well to the injection!

Well it's working fairly well still in the shoulders so I'm questioning If I should even rotate
 
I use to rotate side delts front delts and glutes... Just started prop cycle and i'm gonna pin glutes only. Shoulders are too painful my left delt goes in smooth no problem. Right delt i hit a f-ing nerve every time and so hard to push in and as im pinning right deltoid i get naseuous dozzy, cold sweats, etc because i always hit a nerve ;( ouch

I noticed a pain today in my left shoulder near my back while doing dumbell flies and presses. Fucking annoying
 
Good to rotate for obvious reasons which I always do but the butt cheeks can take a hammering! I would rotate all over IMO just be mindful when using prop or others that create a painful injection site 😉
 
ventro glute is the most painless spot... you look about lean enough to find it ok...

even fatties can find it, just flex the hip muscles by pushing your feet outwards while standing, feel the muscle that sticks out over the knoby part of the femur and inject into the thickest part of that muscle.
 
ha, funny the first person to mention ventro glute happened to post about it right above mine... i only read up to page 2...
i just raise my knee up and i can find it... put my leg back down and i hit it standing... but i do love that spot... i rotated ventroL, ventroR, gluteL, gluteR, quadL, quadR this last cycle, eod pinning, delts are cool though i just didnt hit em this time...
